We started home shopping Nov. of last year with a realestate agent that was in the business along time but we were in a. mess no help. He made the home searching process very enjoyable and helped me find a great home.He is friendly, patient, responsive, knowledgeable, and resourceful. Gary provided great advice along the way and really made a potentially-stressful process very easy and enjoyable. There was a point where I felt I had to settle for something less than what I had in mind, but Gary encouraged me to keep looking and reassured me that we'd find the house I had in mind. Not long after that we found the house that fit my initial criteria. He really cares about finding a house that works for you. I highly recommend him to anyone looking for a real estate agent.

Jamie listened to what we wanted and helped us to clarify and refine our list so that we could quickly hone in on the right properties to consider. She was also helpful in holding the line during our negotiations with the seller and she handled many of the final details for us after we had left the area to manage the sale of our previous home. Depoimento: I can't recommend Brian enough. He was referred to me by a family member and I had such a unique experience with him that I want to "pay it forward" by sharing with other home owners. When I was planning to sell my house, he took the time to understand my motivations and then shared with me some key data about the current market, interest rates, etc. In the end, he explained how I would be leaving money on the table if I sold at that time. Who does that? Who forgoes getting an easy commission to look out for my best interest? I really appreciate people who understand that when you do right by others, it will always work out as a win-win for both. Now that it is the right time to sell, he is my trusted partner and I couldn't be more thankful about the money I saved (and gained) by following his guidance. Thanks!
