Even when you are on a call with her every time you tell her about something is wrong with the house she will tell you move out and scream at you.

Depoimento: We were so fortunate to have Janie as our real estate agent. This was our first experience buying a home, and she clearly explained all of the steps of home buying as well as gave us excellent advice as new homeowners. She is extremely organized, detail oriented, and exceedingly knowledgeable. She put us in touch with a great home lender, inspector, and painter. She made things as hassle free as possible by meeting us at our home or wherever was convenient for us to sign papers. No matter what time it was day or night, weekend or weekday, she would always respond to our text messages, phone calls, and emails. If she did not know the answer to something then she would do the research herself and get back to us - such as if it was legal to put a bathroom in the room above our detached garage. She actually went down to city hall to get us more information. After we closed on our house, she took us on a lovely tour of our new town that made us so happy we chose our house and community.<br/><br/>We could not be happier Janie. It was clear that she cared about our well-being and wanted to make sure that we understood the process and were happy with our decisions. We really felt we were in the best hands and will definitely be contacting her again in the future if we decide to move again.

Depoimento: What stuck out to me most with David was his consideration for my family's safety. Because he was so persistent with finding us a home in a safe area for my child, my wife and I have the utmost trust and confidence in him and will recommend him to friends and family. David always answered his phone and was quick to line us up with showings within a day or two of the request. Because he spent nearly everyday for three weeks looking for a house on our difficult budget and high expectations, we were able to close on a house that had more than what we asked for. David took great care of us and we couldn't be happier with our decision.

Depoimento: I truly can not sum up how great an experience it was working with Nick. I knew I reached the right realtor when I cold-called Nick at 9pm on a Tuesday to inquire about a property. A half hour phone call ensued discussing what I was looking for.I could write a three page review, but in short, I can't imagine anyone more knowledgable on the Stowe area, investment potential, construction, and the overall home purchasing process than Nick. I read other reviews of Nick and they are all similar; he goes well above and beyond to help his clients. No hidden agendas, honest and as straight forward as anyone you will meet.Biggest compliment I can give, is that I quickly realized when I was going down the road of purchasing my home; already having a friend like Nick in town was a big selling point.
