Depoimento: My husband and I bought our first house this spring after a year-and-a-half-long search and we couldn't be more grateful to Nene and his team. Nene is a man with a vision. He has his eye on the ball. And while he knows his stuff, he also likes to have fun. I saw many dozens of houses with Nene and I laughed in every one. Nene has an infectious enthusiasm for what he does, and a vibrant personality. That is more important than you realize when you first start looking for a house - it is a scary and sometimes very frustrating process and a little sense of humor is just what the doctor ordered. I miss looking at houses with Nene! I recommend Nene as highly as I do most importantly though because he has your back. He protects the buyer every step of the way. When I think back to how naive we were when we first started out, I shudder to think what could have happened if Nene wasn't there with our best interest in mind. I can't tell you how many times Nene pointed out trouble to us and made sure we knew what we would be getting into. I also can't tell you how many times we got flights of fancy and imagined we had a bigger budget than we did, and he kept our search within our budget! He knows the market and can steer you in the right direction. Eighteen months after our first meeting, we ended up buying a house in the exact neighborhood Nene had suggested to start with. But he had the endless patience to see us through our learning curve until we saw what he had seen right away. We were reluctant to enter the home-buying world initially, but Nene made us truly enjoy the process. He never made us feel rushed or pressured. He never questioned what our priorities were, but he was honest about what thought about pretty much everything. :)Not to mention, he answers his phone all the time, has someone in the office all day as well, will do whatever he has to do to hustle when you need him to (and let me tell you, you got to hustle a bit - nine people bid on the house we ended up with), gives good advice, and he and his team really get to know you and what you want. He helped us to find the perfect house for us with a limited budget and a lot of particulars. And we are so happy with the result!I HIGHLY recommend that you give Nene a call. He is a straight-shooter and an altogether good egg.

Depoimento: we've known Kathy and her family from going to the same church for a number of years and a couple of softball seasons together. When my dad passed, the responsibilty of trying to settle his affairs fell to me, which included selling his home. At first, with so much on my mind, I forgot about Kathy and used another agent. This proved to be a costly and time consuming mistake. When I finally let the other agent go, We were under terrible time pressure to get it done. When I brought Kathy on board, she immediately gave me the knowledge and guidance needed, promoted the house very nicely, seemingly worked around the clock and brought me an offer for 100% of asking price. I could have saved 3-4 months time and hardship if I had brought her on at the beginning. It was a blessing and I am forever thankful of her efforts. Save yourself from what I went thru in the beginning. I highly recommend her to everyone who is looking to sell or buy a home.

She went above and beyond to take care of us. At the time, she was having some health issues, but, she insisted on coming to the closing, which we were sooo appreciative. Scherrie was always professional, considerate and sincere. She took her time to explain everything to us. Being out of state can be quite challenging, but she made it a very easy transition for us. We highly recommend Scherrie. She is honest and not pushy. That being said, she is not your typical sales person. Depoimento: Izabella is one of the most thorough real estate professionals I have ever met! Her expertise in the field is unmatched, in my opinion. She explained all aspects of what to expect during the process, she was responsive to my questions, she provided updates from Zillow on a regular basis (hits on my property), she provided a list of visitors for each Open House and then followed up with the buyer's realtor. I did not have such a positive experience and attitude from my former agent. Izabella kept me positive when I tended to get down about the sale. She was in constant contact and when I did get a good offer, she did her job and "held my hand" through the whole experience all the way through the closing. I give her an A+++ and would recommend her to anyone who asks me for a reference. She is definitely one of the good ones!
