Depoimento: We started with Russell fairly early in our hunting process and developed some special wants that included lots of storage for 65 plus years of collecting stuff, big yard, certain type of construction. After Russel showed us several homes that were close but not quite right. He sent us updated listings that were close matches for us and had the patience to keep on trying until the right one came along. When we looked at the one we bought, we called him the next day and he advised us on an offer that would likely be acceptable to the buyer and kept us informed of the whole process. Since we live over an hour away, he promptly sent copies of all forms by e-mail and the process turned out pretty easy. He was there to make recommendations on inspectors, lawyer, etc and assisted the bank loan officer with our loan. In all he was easy going, friendly, very competent and just an outstanding agent.
