He made the whole selling process easy and took care of everything. He got us what we wanted out of the home and kept us informed along the way. He always picked up his phone when we called and replied back via text or email when we were at work. Selling a home is very stressful he just made it easy. We will be using him again in the future. Boy have things Changed but both Marc and Stefanie took the time to walk us through the process. We were living 4 1/2 hours away so a lot was done on emails and texts and phone calls. Even though I was facing this unfortunate circumstance as a buyer, Jenna helped me get through. Jenna truly cares about her clients. There were numerous occasions where she could help me close "Okay" and "Questionable" deals for an easy profit, yet she went extra mile to help me find the perfect house for my family with her aggressive and keen strategies. Speaking of extra mile, Jenna showed me a property literally the day before her wedding, and she probably had her wedding dress in her trunk during that showing. It's rare to find that kind of dedication in a real estate agent. Jenna was also giving me a moral boost when I was about to give up after getting shot down in multiple bidding situations.
