Irina came highly recommended by a trusted friend, and she did not disappoint. My wife and I knew almost nothing about the Colorado Springs area and Irina, via e-mail, was able to field our questions quickly and accurately. When we finally arrived to search for a house we were on a limited timeline and Irina developed an itinerary that made sense, and was flexible to our requests throughout the process. As any new homebuyers would be, my wife and I had a lot of questions and Irina expertly answered all of them very quickly. Once we settled on a house Irina facilitated every detail, we trusted her and she really went above and beyond. Irina knew all of the buying process throughly and, almost as important as her knowledge, she recommended trustworthy people to handle any of the specific details of home buying. As the deal completed Irina saw us through the move in process and we still keep in touch to this day. Irina is a realtor that truly cares about her clients, she works nonstop to make sure her clients are taken care of responding to questions immediately, and finally she ensures the buying process is smooth. I would absolutely recommend Irina to any homebuyer in the Colorado Springs area!
