Martina is very thorough, professional and knowledgeable. She helped us set the best price on our home, and monitor nearby listings to make sure we were priced attractively and competitively. Always in touch with us, she is very good at communication and keeping us apprised of activity, as well as the things we could do to ensure our home was showing well. Even though we were listing during the slowest sales time of the year....a very cold snowy PA winter...we had good activity and sold our home in short order and for just under asking. We were extremely pleased with Martina and her service, and would recommend her highly.

He was able to quickly put together an accurate appraisal of our home, and gave us great council on our options. Working with Ryan was very easy and we never felt pressured at anytime to buy.
