We were comfortable in our small two-bedroom apartment with our thirteen year old until the birth of our other son. As he turned from a baby, to a toddler, space was very limited for the four of us. We needed a home with a yard, and more space for our (growing) family.Christina had a meeting with us at our apartment, and instructed us on what steps we needed to take first and foremost to get the process rolling. We were impressed with her knowledge, and honesty from the beginning. She asked multiple questions, and became familiar with our family and our needs. She knew, (I think before we did) what we needed and wanted in our first home. Christina forwarded us houses on a daily basis, and kept us informed on any changes on homes we potentially thought we could live in. She never wasted our time with homes that did not meet our needs or that were out of our price range.We found Christina to be a highly organized and attentive agent, almost as if we were her only customers, although we know that was not the case. On top of helping us buy our home, she works two other jobs, was planning her wedding, and purchased her own home. She is a master at prioritizing, organization, and promptness. She rectified several issues our mortgage company made in record time, and never left us hanging when it came to answers. (Trust me …. we had millions!) She did whatever it took to meet deadlines (Meeting us at home at 10:00 PM to sign paperwork, going into the office early in the morning to scan and forward paperwork). She returned all phone calls and emails the same day (or same hour). We never felt neglected or “second best”. She is always personable with an engaging personality, phenomenal with our busy, active son (entertained him while we toured homes or signed paperwork), sympathetic when need be, and puts her foot down when she has too (not with us – of course!).We are pleased to recommend Christina Clemson to anyone looking to buy or sell a home. She made a dream of ours a reality for our family. Never in a million years did we think we’d own a home as quickly as she made it happen for us. She is hands down the best in the business in our opinion and if we ever need to move again she will be our first choice.
