He was so quick to get us all lined up to accomplish our purchasing goals as well as keep us posted throughout the whole transaction while we worked with out Loan Office (Jacqueline Hudlow at Primary Residential Mortgage). Depoimento: Really can't say enough good things about Andrew. He was very professional, knowledgeable, patient and responsive through our entire home buying process. I really felt that he had our best interests in mind the whole time and he didn't rush us when we were taking our time evaluating properties. After finding and getting a contract on the right home Andrew even offered (a few times) to help us move. He was present at closing and caught an error on the settlement statement that saved us several hundred dollars. I wouldn't hesitate for a second to recommend Andrew to anyone buying or selling a home in the Sarasota/Bradenton area.

Depoimento: Paige did a great job for me in the purchase of my new home in Winston-Salem; I would unhesitatingly recommend her to anyone who needed a skilled and experienced residential real estate agent here. I moved to Winston-Salem from outside the state and knew nothing about the housing market here. My chief concern was that I be able to resell whatever I bought in a year and a half if necessary and get my money back. In my opinion, Paige really got the job done. The seller had already reduced his price substantially, but Paige was able to bargain down the price even further; in fact, well below that for which the house was later appraised by my lender. It was a wonderful feeling at closing to know that I already had equity in my home, in addition to the down payment. From recommending a very impressive home inspector, to point out problems I had missed in various homes which we visited, I always felt that Paige was in my corner, looking out for my best interests.

She even took us to homes that "we were interested in" even though she knew that we wouldn't be interested once we saw them in person. She didn't try to pressure us into a new home or a more expensive home and really stuck to the price range that we wanted to stay in. Basically, she knew what we wanted, what she was doing, and didn't waste our time.
