Depoimento: Michael listens carefully to what your looking for and searches everyday using various sources to find you possible options. Because he searches everyday (often several times a day) you learn about new listings and/or pocket listings before other buyers which was very important given the price range we which we were looking. He was professional, honest, thorough and knowledgeable about the housing market. (especially in the Santa Barbara and Ventura areas) While he is talking to you, he gives the impression that you are his only customer and he always found time to answer my questions and/or check out a listing and give his personal assessment. He almost never missed a call but if so he'd call back within a few minutes.?When he found me the right house, he made the process as stress free and enjoyable as possible. He has a long list of references that he can recommend to help out with a loan, carry out inspections, repairs and renovations. His background in investment property and property management was very helpful because he knew about probable repair cost and possible issues as we walked around during showings. In addition, he basically has his own group of repair companies for every issue that he regularly uses for property management repairs. Highly recommended!! (ask him about finders fees and commission rebates)

I knew I liked her right away because she was completely honest, down to earth and I didn't feel the "sales pressure" I had from other agents. She took the time to figure out both what we needed in a house and also what we wanted. I had seen some houses on Zillow that looked like they would work for us. I sent Sheryl the addresses and had appointments to see them the next day. She also did some homework on her own and sent me a house that I hadn't seen and asked if I was interested in seeing that one as well. I figured it couldn't hurt. We walked in to that home and fell in love. It had everything we needed and wanted. It is much more than I ever hoped for and my family is so excited. The house is a Short Sale which can take some time. Sheryl has communicated with us constantly, called and offered to meet us so we can go back in and take pictures, reached out to the other agent for updates......you name it.....she's done it. I can not express how much easier this entire process has been because of Sheryl's professionalism and good nature. We highly recommend her to anyone looking to buy or sell their home!

Depoimento: Shea helped me find the near perfect house – and I was picky! I had no pressure to move so we took a longtime and looked at a lot of houses. I changed my mind on features and price range more than once. Shea was never impatient and never tried to convince me to make an offer if I wasn’t quite sure. In fact, Shea talked me out of a house that he felt was not the best fit when I was the one getting impatient.
