In a very short time, Mr. Garman had a prospective buyer who made a very nice offer. From my first contact with Mr. Garman till we had a signed contract was ten days. Closing was handled by the Garman staff in a very professional manor and any questions I had were answered quickly. She didn't send info to us on house that were way out of our price range or outside the area we were interested in. Natalie scheduled a day of showings for us on a Saturday and we found the perfect house that day. She then helped us with the offer, the mortgage, insurance, inspection, and ultimately the closing. Depoimento: Betty Brown was an absolute pleasure to work with. Before moving to Natchez, I contacted several agents in the area, but decided to work with Betty. As a first time buyer, I had many questions and Betty was always available to answer them. We came into town to look at houses with a rather small list. As the day progressed, we realized we were not finding what we were looking for. With Betty's knowledge of the area and available listings, she continued to show us other houses in the area. We looked at a total of 15 houses in one day. She continued to be upbeat and positive throughout the day. When we decided on the house we wanted, she was very helpful in the negotiation process. She went out of her way to make herself available even though I was in a different state and time zone. It didn't matter if I contacted her via phone, text, or email she would always reply even if it was late at night. She was able to recommend an inspector and a closing agent. She even worked with me by letting my family do the final walk through with me via Skype. She helped me with closing via mail and held the keys for almost a month until I was able to move. Moving and buying a house is a stressful time, but Betty made it a lot less stressful. Even my loan agent commented on how pleasant she was. I would definitely recommend her to anyone looking for an agent.
