Depoimento: Sooner Traditions is an absolutely horrible company for a multitude of reasons. Even after reading plentiful terrible 1-star reviews, I still decided to contact Sooner Traditions and inquire about leasing a home within the Norman area. At first, Sooner Traditions seemed very helpful in setting up an appointment for me and a few out-of-town friends to view some houses for rent. Although they never returned my call as promised, I personally followed up and got the appointment. So, two separate friends drove a collective six hours to visit the homes that we were scheduled to view. However, even contrary to the email I received stating the exact time, date, and location; Sooner Traditions never made an appearance. They never answered any calls or return a call, they never replied to any emails, and they completely wasted much time and money. They do not deserve any business.

Depoimento: After renting for three years, my husband and I wanted to buy a house in the Fort Lee area. Corina understood and matched our needs quickly. She patiently showed us many suitable homes, pointing out the pros and cons of each location and house. We found her honest and trustworthy. She had our best interests at heart. However, at the time we were ready to make an offer, my husband had a job promotion and we needed to move to another state. Corina was very gracious after we told her our relocation plan. She even offered to help us with packing. We highly recommend Corina for her professionalism.

Depoimento: Deep knowledge of San Antonio market. Fantastic back up staff. Prompt on returning of calls. Polite, professional, "straight talker,". If you want it sold quickly, for the most you can get, listen to Tom. We all have our own ideas about what our house is worth and how it should be shown--thats why it does not sell. When you get Tom involved he cuts to the chase, tells you what needs to be done, and the range you are in. He usually starts showing within 48 hours. He is that good!

Depoimento: Trish Thiele and Peter Rice work, as a team, for you, with you, and pretty much non-stop! OMG, they’re good! Pros for buyers or sellers, each brings skills you’re not gonna get elsewhere. When we moved out of state, they sold our home and two rentals, making sure all the little and big things got finished without us having to come back or check in. An ex- building contractor, Peter’s a practical, fix-it, no nonsense, get 'er done, kinda guy; he knew what was needed or not, and how to do it professionally, economically. Trish’s photos and artistic touch gave our houses an attractive, inviting tone. Her attention to detail insured the jobs were done right, things taken care of, money made and everyone happy! Trish and Peter are honest, realistic, hard-working, fair, easy to talk to, work with, and knowledgeable of the Reno-Tahoe market. Plus, they’re just good people. Some Realtors act like they don’t wanna work. Oh, they’ll write up a listing, “D’ja want fries with that?” yet not much more. But if you want a team that gets things done, that actually works, does the homework, groundwork and leg work, and helps you find the ideal home or gets you the best price for your old one, then give Trish and Peter a call. We’re sure glad we did. Over and over.
