Depoimento: Victoria was waiting for us to arrive at our rental when we pulled up. She was awesome! She gave us a tour of the home and showed us how the spa worked and the alarm along with the wifi code.The rental has everything! Total luxury and high tech. with a cabin feel. Later on in our stay we called Victoria to help out with restaurants, she answered our call in two rings, she stopped by with a list of restaurants and locations. She really knows everything about Big Bear. She was able to help us find a house to purchace as a vacation rental. We had so much fun and that was due to Victoria's outstanding concierge service and sales knowledge. She will be managing our new rental as well.
