The third house we looked at was IT!! We almost didn't go to look at this house, but Stacey had listened to what we wanted and suggested we did. I am glad we listened to her because now we own a gorgeous house and she helped us make a daunting task very seamless and easy. Depoimento: Michele is very professional with a great deal of knowledge. She was extremely informative as to what the comments were on the property and who showed the property. In order to make herself more familiar with the area she spent a day in class at Sun City West to become familiar with the procedures to sell a home successfully in that area. Never did I feel she was to busy to answer any of my concerns. Michele is a hard worker and dedicated to her profession. I highly recommend her to anyone they will be pleased with her performance.

Chris also was very knowledgeable about homes because he has a background in remodeling. This really helped us while we were touring homes because he was able to point out repairs the home might need and issues we might have with the home as well as the home's best features and qualities. I would highly recommend Chris as a real estate agent , especially if you are looking for someone who is genuine, honest, trustworthy, knowledgeable and friendly.
