Depoimento: Kira helped us buy the perfect house for our family. We were intent on buying a single story with enough square footage for us to grow into. This house popped up on Trulia and my husband and I immediately went to the open house. We knew the instant we walked in that it was THE HOUSE. There was no pressure from Kira when our initial offer was countered, seller was very firm. She was willing to keep looking and even reached out to her team at Better Homes & Gardens to search for a short-term rental that we could move into to give us more time since she had just sold our current home and we were set to move out in a few weeks. We knew then that she wasn't out to sell us more house than we needed, she really wants to make sure she finds the right fit for her clients.After thinking about it, we decided to accept (repeat: this was THE HOUSE) and Kira walked us through the process. Again, she went above and beyond and we were grateful to have had her by our side during all this.Once it was time for us to get our keys, we walked into our new kitchen to find a very generous welcome home gift from Kira. The buying process can be so overwhelming, that extra step she went to welcome us home let us know it was okay to breathe again. We were finally home!If we should ever sell/buy again, we would definitely call Kira!

We did much of the research (because we are good at it!) but she was always responsive and helpful when needed. She went the extra mile for us a couple of times and also helped guide the closing process into successful completion. Depoimento: We called the Parker Team to help us find our very first home and they made our experience so wonderful. They are seriously experienced realtors, they taught us quite a bit about how the buying process works and what to look for in a home. They were extremely knowledgeable about the area, and found so many homes for us to look at in our price range and with all the qualities we were looking for in a home. Buying a new home is such a huge deal and can be very stressful. Bob and Tara took us to view many homes, even the same home numerous times when we narrowed our search down, and they were always available when we needed them. They answered our calls each and every time, kept in touch with texts and even did our final walk through on New Year's Day (when everyone else is usually closed for the holiday!!). The seller's realtor was a real nightmare, but the Parkers came through with flying colors in negotiating our contract. They were amazing!! At the end of it all, we ended up feeling like we walked away from this whole buying experience with not only our future realtors, but with some new friends. They have kept in touch with us even months after our purchase to see how we were adjusting to our new home and how it is coming along. We definitely recommend the awesome Parker team to anyone and everyone who is looking for a new home! Thank you so much Bob and Tara!
