Depoimento: I met Rodney through a mutual friend who had suggested him. After dealing with several different real estate agents over the past year i can truly say it was worth the wait. Mr. Akins was able to provide me with the listings and information for the areas i was looking. He did not try to pawn other properties off to me as other agents have in the past. In doing so he also kept the lines of communication open. He was never overbearing and and while we are still in the process of closing the deal its safe to say I'm grateful to have had the experience of purchasing my new home with such a knowledgeable caring agent.
