We met with a couple of realtors before Zuleika, but we knew instantly that she was the one for us. She is honest and hands-on (she even crawled into creepy attics to check insulation for us!), and she really helped to take the pressure off of us.We never felt forced to make an offer and when we finally found the "one" and ended up in a bidding war, Zuleika walked us through every step of the negotiations, even suggesting that we write a letter to the sellers to explain why we thought they should choose us. It was an unconventional approach but it worked and we thank Zuleika for that every day! We have several friends looking for homes and thinking about selling, and we always recommend Zuleika Rivera to them!

We worked together to decide the sale price and stage the house to demonstrate the maximum value of the house. Then she produced best quality photos, virtual tour video, brochure, flyers and other marketing documents. She also spent time to understand various custom features of the house and it results in factual and lively presentation to prospective buyers. She kept clear and transparent communication to us after each showing of the house. She provided honest and realistic advice in reviewing and selecting offers from buyers. Finally she proactively informed us on closing matters and made it occur on time in organized and smooth fashion.
