Depoimento: Love, Love these folks! Highest integrity, honesty and professionalism you can find. They helped us find our home 2 years ago and the experience was seamless. In selling our home, we experienced the same. Always responsive to our questions and always had our best interest in mind. If you can't use these particular folks, just make sure you use Keller Williams, as this is seeing the model of KW put into action. Even if it was after hours or on the weekend, they responded. None better. Please tell them the Murdock's sent you! If your are considering someone else, don't! When you get to the point of decision, they represent and make sure you are getting the best deal and have all of your needs/questions in mind and find the answers if they don't have them. They won't pull the wool over your eyes, or the rug out from under you. I am now wondering when I will hit the 150 word point, as I can't submit the review with any less words. Best, best company, there are on other words to describe them. A lot of moving parts with this recent purchase and Debbie went above and beyond.I have used Debbie as my go to realtor for years and would never use anyone else. I rarely bring her an easy situation and she flat out gets it done!! She marketed the property vigorously, holding open houses and advertising to reach a full spectrum of buyers. A buyer was found but they were a bit short of qualifying for the purchase. Dolores was very creative in structuring a sale that satisfied my requirements and still enabled the buyer to manage the purchase. Her creativity was the backbone to making the deal work. Another similar sized and priced home across the street remains unsold while my sale closed on schedule.
