Depoimento: Pros: Knowledge of the area. Responded to potential buyers in a timely fashion.Good response time to our phone calls and/or emails. Wasn't afraid to admit lack of knowledge due to inexperience. In one particular incident, we though it very impressive that he chose to say "I don't know but I will definitely find out". And he did. Very quickly. It helped us feel good about choosing him. It was nice to know we weren't being given the runaround or worse yet lied to.Cons:Not the best golfer :)

Depoimento: This was my first time buying a home and while it was very exciting it was also very overwhelming. I didn't have any idea what to expect or what to ask for. My parents were very helpful but Eric was such a relief to have. While my parents are not local, Eric was able to assist with me anything I needed and was able to break down the information very simply as this was a new process for me. I had so many questions and he was so patient with me. Whenever I needed him to answer something for me he was very prompt and made sure I was comprehending what he was saying.
