After my husband passed away and I made my decision to sell, and scale down from 5 acres and large older house to something smaller. And from the beginning what ever could go wrong did... All kinds of road blocks came up getting my house ready to sell, But, she was right there to walk me through what I needed to do. and showed me houses when she found something or if I saw something I wanted to see, she made the time. It was a very difficult time in my life, and she was right there with me. I never want to move again, but I would call her without thinking and would tell anyone to use her. thank you Kathy, and as soon as I finish floors and fence and hang oils, I will call you to come take a look.

Depoimento: Tej is nothing but professional and considerate. I would highly recommend him! My husband and I were thinking of buying a home in Hasbrouck Heights. Tej was patient when showing us houses and did NOT pressure us at all. Who can say that about a realtor? He gave his own genuine opinion if we asked for it. We didn't even end up buying, but it had NOTHING to do with Tej. We are just not ready. He always responded right away and never made me feel like we were bothering him. This is someone you want to help you through a very exciting, emotional, and serious process/decision. We will be contacting Tej when we are ready to buy.

Depoimento: Jim helped us buy and sell our unit in Bloomington, first in 2007, and then in 2015. He proved to be very knowledgeable, responsible, and friendly. It was because of him that we managed to buy a place we loved, and sell it quite quickly when we moved on. Jim also offered expertise when dealing with the buyer's inspectors, proved extremely helpful when we needed little maintenance things arranged while we were already out of town, and charged us nothing for advice or friendly neighborhood help. When we were represented by him, his care for our interests felt as if we were relatives. He was so relaxed and assured of our mutual success that he even forgot to call us promptly when he closed the sale of our property, for which he apologized. For him, it was an obvious, doubtless result, and he almost wondered and our excitement. That only proves that he is not only used to successful representation of his buyers/sellers, but also low-key, reliable, and calm.

Depoimento: Lesley set me up with the metro list so I could get up dates on all new listings coming available. This was very helpful to me. She was very responsive whenever I called and wanted to see a property. We often looked at the properties within a couple of hours and sometimes sooner. She was very knowledgeable about the denver market and the urgency of get our bids in quickly. There were are so many people bidding on the same homes but I feel Lesley made sure our bid was considered because she knew what the sellers wanted and what we were willing to pay. We had a lot of fun looking for a home. Lesley was very enjoyable to work with and made the process a great and memorable experience.
