Dora was able to get me two great investment properties well below appraisal and asking value. Once I purchased my first investment she also found the perfect tenants. Depoimento: Ron Futch spent several days driving me and my wife around the county looking at house after house. My wife and I being quite indecisive, Ron's seemingly endless knowledge about each home and the surrounding area made the task much easier for us (but more work for Ron I'm sure). Not only did Ron have in-depth knowledge on each home, he took time prior to our tours to get to know us and our personalities to better understand what we wanted in a home as well as where we wanted it. After looking at a few houses, Ron seemed to have our style pegged and took us to our future home in Guyton. The location was nothing short of perfect and the house was/is everything we could have hoped for for first time home owners. While Ron is a busy guy, we couldn't tell by the time and attention he paid us. Not only did Ron lead us to our new home, he helped us through the entire buying process, the negotiations (which were lengthy) and even went above and beyond to get us the appliances we wanted. To top all that, months later at Christmas time my wife and I received a Christmas card from Ron that completely made our day. This man cares about his clients and I will use him again in the future.

Although my nephew had made a referral to another realtor who I worked with, and I made it clear to Laurie that I would need to work with her, Laurie continued to make the process a seamless one from the first time she reached out to me.
