Depoimento: Linda dwcided to double her broker fee midway through the process despite giving it to me.in writing in out initial meet.This real estate agent is unprofessional at best and sketchy at worst. She ignored my multiple calls and voicemails in a 24 hour period to reschedule the second viewing of an apartment. Since I couldn't get in touch with her I arrived promptly on time and called her. She answered annoyed and asked who is calling. She then told me she will be late because she needs to get gas in an annoyed tone. After she arrived over 15 mins late, it turned out the landlady was in a rush and could not stay. I also couldn't meet her dog and introduce our dogs who would be sharing a yard which was the whole purpose of the visit.During the 10 minute visit which she DIDN'T EVEN SHOW ME THE APARTMENT, she gave me a lease and told me her broker fee (which was double the fee she had initially informed me of with the original paperwork!) There were two whole visits that were scheduled and failed because Linda either could not show the apartment or scheduled me for a time at which the landlady wasn't available. I wasted gas, time and effort because of her unprofessional and rude attitude.I posted only half of what she put me through. I would recommend her to no one as she is not only rude but also does not perform even the very basic requirements for a real estate agent representing a tenant.

Depoimento: Started my search for a higher end horse property in 2012. Had my eye on a property I wanted but there was no way to close on it for various reasons out of our control. I was patient and so was she. Three years later, Heather finally made it happen after three years of working to put together the deal. She helped me, and I closed on the house. It wasn't a standard deal, but she worked hard to show me the place multiple times, arrange and assist with inspections, and so forth. A true professional. I wholeheartedly recommend her and hope to do business with her again really soon!
