My house was placed on the market and sold in 48 hours at 10K over asking. Chris helped to negotiate between the buyer and their agent and myself with the highest level of integrity. Chris was also a great agent during the process of buying my new home. Chris helped me to evaluate location, compare previously owned to new construction, and to think about resale value for future. For the first time in my life I decided to build. Chris brought a lot of knowledge to the table and helped negotiate all issues with the builder during this 6 month process.
