Greg did extensive research with comparables and determined that many factors (including location, condition of the place, and desirability) actually merited an asking price of $295k. We listed the property and had buyers soon thereafter. After some negotiations and concessions, the selling price was $290k!I was quite happy with Greg's results, as I had sold in a timely manner, with no hiccups, and made a healthy profit after closing costs. I highly recommend Greg; he gave me great results.

My goodness the prospect of buying a house as first-time homeowners was entirely nerve-wracking, so we were pleasantly surprised when David eased our fears and actually made it fun. He was there for us every step of the way, even on very short notice more than a few times (Sorry, David!). Depoimento: Oscar Ortega, was extremely patient with my wife and I and the amount of questions we had for the neighborhoods, properties and general information we would consistently ask and the crazy times we would ask, he was always available and if he wasn't someone on his team was equally competent and eager to assist us. From the beginning of the process Oscar advised that he would do everything in his power to get us into the property the next morning (we emailed him around 8pm)... needless to say they accepted the offer the next day... Through his extensive connections, knowledge, and amazing follow up, we had secured a solid footing for our offer. Without going into crazy specifics he was able to leverage some of the negative items that came up on the inspector's report to our advantage. This wasn't easy we were going up a very seasoned listing agent and with some aggressive counter offers we got the deal done, our way and on our terms. He had already secured his place as our family " Realtor for life". But when a phone call between all parties had Oscar vexed because the sellers did not execute on two items on THE DAY OF THE CLOSING, he earned his weight in gold when he ironed out a quick written solution to close the deal.

Depoimento: Having been through the debacle with Countrywide, becoming an empty nester, and with retirement around the corner perhaps in the next 5 or so years, I made the decision to move forward, sell the big white-elephant home and downsize. This made perfect sense especially after receiving that interest-rate hike notice. I knew I would end up being house poor and realized I needed to get out from under this eventual weight on my back. I called my daughter who suggested our mutual friend Jon Villaescusa. What a phenomenal choice. The advantage here is I am familiar with Jon’s “real estate” family and background. He was been born and bred into it. After the sale of my home, the quest was on to find that suitable mini-home that would provide a sense of comfort and safety. Someplace I could recreate my style and ambiance for that inviting place to come home to and remove the stress of large-home responsibilities; looking forward to the adventures of a soon-to-be retiree. When you buy a home, regardless if it is your first or second time, it is a daunting mission. Having Jon Villaescusa begin that mission was a Godsend. His professionalism and knowledge of the market is outstanding. As we began our adventure together, I relied heavily on his ability to know what to do and how to do it, where to go and who to seek, all while catering to my schedule and availability. There is no question that perhaps the best personal quality as a real estate agent is his patience and responsiveness to your questions. He sets the standard high and goes above and beyond to answer questions no matter how trivial they may seem and always within a 24-hour timeframe. Jon, knowing that I wanted to downsize, took me to all areas to view condos and townhomes. Trying to have my best interest at hand and knowing my financial limits he managed to show me over 40+ properties. After a lot of consideration, an offer was made for the exact one that would fit my wants and needs. After every push and shove and personal assistance, my condo really became MY CONDO. I have an adorable roof over my head and I can call it home.
