Depoimento: I am sitting in the living room of my new beautiful home to write this review for our agent, Tom. My husband and I scheduled our first house viewing with Tom from Redfin last December. Although the house wasn’t great, we both had a great first impression about Tom. He is very polite, professional and knowledgeable. Finding a great agent you can trust is super difficult. We felt lucky to have Tom as our agent. He always gives us honest opinions. When I was frustrated about the process, he would give me courage to keep going; When I got too excited and overlooked the shortcomings of the house, he would point them out and help me to think straight; When we found our dream house, he would work till midnight to do the paperwork and make sure we submit a strong offer. There are so many great things I could say about Tom. He is amazing in term of communicating with the seller agents, the load officers and us. This helped us a lot during the whole process. Tom’s great service didn’t stop when we closed the deal. He really went above and beyond his responsibility. He guided us through our remodeling including giving recommendations on contractors, even paint colors. I can’t remember how many times I called him regarding small details about the house. He always answers me with knowledge and patience. We greatly appreciate Tom’s effort. We would definitely recommend him to our friends or colleagues.

I did look at other realtors but there was no comparison with the way Everett presented himself. The package he put together to sell my home was second to none.Everett got the most money for my home (square foot wise) than had ever been sold in Glenmoor before. Everett presented my home to buyers with a colored flyer that was outstanding and professionally done.Everett also has a professional crew that works for and with him from the day you sign until the day you sell. They will keep you abreast of every step along the way.I would recommend Everett to anyone that's going to sell or buy a Glenmoor Garden home and I would definitely use Everett again.

Their help getting my house ready and looking beautiful was also a huge help. Our thoughts on selling our home rapidly came to fruition when we met Joanna and discussed our hopes of obtaining the fairest price possible. She was more than happy to take care of questions and to contact us immediately when something might have come up that we needed to know or think about. Her thought of listing our home as an exclusive to test the waters resulted in a fantastic sale 12 DAYS later - no MLS listing, no crowds, no signs!!
