Depoimento: As first time home buyers, we were more than a little overwhelmed with the home buying process. Dennis patiently showed us house after house and helped us notice things about the houses that we would have other wised missed. He was very familiar with the market and able to offer great insights when a house was overpriced or not in the best of neighborhoods. He was always quick to communicate with us as soon as there was new information. We got updated listings daily with any changes in the local market, which made it very easy for us to shop houses. Additionally, I'm convened he never stops working. One time, I have sent him an email before going to bed, thinking he would email me back when he got it in the morning (it was not urgent) and I had a reply in my inbox when I woke up the next morning!After we found a house, he ultimately helped us negotiate them down $3,000 dollars and got them to cover a large chunk of our closing costs. Even after we decided on a house and were wrestling through the paperwork upon paperwork for the mortgage, he was still always available to answer any questions we had about the process!Dennis made the home buying process very smooth for us! I would use him again in a heartbeat whenever we need another real estate agent!
