My wife and I were selling our first house and had very little knowledge of where to begin but, from the moment we met with Lisa we knew we were in good hands. She had a very thorough and pressure free system that helped us come to a listing price that we all agreed upon and from there, she took control.We listed our house late in the year not sure what to expect and then within two weeks we had competing offers and a week later, an accepted offer. Again, with having never listed a house before my wife and were nervous, excited, and a bit overwhelmed with the speed of the sale but Lisa was there to guide us through the process and provide great insight into what to expect.Long story short, our house sold so fast that my wife and I had to find temporary housing and are looking forward to our opportunity to work with Lisa on finding our new family home!

AC found us a great house when we moved to California from the East Coast. Before our house hunting trip, she spent several hours on the phone with us to understand what we were looking for in terms of the type of house, yard, community, commute, price range, etc. She put together a list of available properties based on our needs and desires, helped us evaluate each property, and landed us a great house in less than 24 hours. She even helped to arrange a contractor to do some painting while we were driving cross-country! When I was reassigned 5 years later, she helped us sell the house. Even though it was around the holidays and the market had slowed, she worked closely with us to prepare the house and knew how to market it. The house was on the market for less than 10 days and we had 2 bids! She's an expert on all of the California Real Estate laws, rules, and regulations. I highly recommend her -- you can't go wrong.

Depoimento: We moved to California for my husband's job. We were lucky enough to meet Sheryl at an Open House. I knew I liked her right away because she was completely honest, down to earth and I didn't feel the "sales pressure" I had from other agents. She took the time to figure out both what we needed in a house and also what we wanted. I had seen some houses on Zillow that looked like they would work for us. I sent Sheryl the addresses and had appointments to see them the next day. She also did some homework on her own and sent me a house that I hadn't seen and asked if I was interested in seeing that one as well. I figured it couldn't hurt. We walked in to that home and fell in love. It had everything we needed and wanted. It is much more than I ever hoped for and my family is so excited. The house is a Short Sale which can take some time. Sheryl has communicated with us constantly, called and offered to meet us so we can go back in and take pictures, reached out to the other agent for updates......you name it.....she's done it. I can not express how much easier this entire process has been because of Sheryl's professionalism and good nature. We highly recommend her to anyone looking to buy or sell their home!
