If you’re trying to sell and buy in a coordinated manner, double that stress; add kids to the mix and prepare for premature grey hair! Therefore, it is imperative that you have an amazing team (realtor and Mortgage Company) on your side. My husband and I enlisted Colton Ashby as our realtor. It’s nearly impossible to accurately express the wonderful experience we had. “Wonderful,” may seem like an exaggerated word, but after working with Colton we realized that at least one realtor truly cares about: honesty, integrity; the client’s needs, and steady communication - we always knew where we were in the process and what was needed. Colton handled both the sale of our condo and purchase of our new house with skill and finesse; timing the sale and purchase perfectly so that we were able to move out of our condo and directly into our new home. This was especially helpful considering we have two daughters. As you can image selling and buying in parallel was not simple, but as frustrations would develop with the sale of our home (ie. other realtor not turning in docs, Mortgage Company not understanding the loan rules – actually happened), Colton and his team worked feverishly to ensure the smoothest transition between both escrows. Colton continuously went above and beyond.Thankfully, Colton never attempted to sell us on a home or a buyer. He presented us with facts, options, and support.
