Robert and his colleague came to the house to talk with us and work through the process, since we would be living in the house through the sale. He respected our home and boundaries and sold the home almost before it listed. He made the whole experience very easy for our family. When we decided to buy our first home, we reached out to Robert to assist. He helped us find our first home and I can't imagine working with anyone else! Robert is very knowledgeable and informed, he really made this difficult process much easier. He has a very warm and welcoming personality and puts you right at ease. His negotiating skills and sound advise got us a great deal on our house. As first time buyers, much of this process was confusing and stressful, Robert held our hand through it all. We had many questions and he was always very accommodating and available. We personally enjoyed Roberts witty sense of humor and felt like we were working with a friend. Robert will treat you with the utmost respect, he is honest and reliable. I strongly recommend Robert and any member of his team for your home buying or selling needs. We never felt like a client, we always felt like a friend.

Rose handled our purchase of a new home and then the sale of our other home. It could have been a scary experience, but Rose was only a phone call away whenever we had a concern. Anything Rose can do to make the sale or purchase easier for clients, she does! Rose puts the clients first, while being fair to all parties involved in the transactions. We would not consider using anyone other than Rose Simila for our real estate needs.
