Depoimento: I am very seldom moved enough to write a review. Most service is either not outstanding enough or not bad enough to comment on. In the case of William “Bill” Gifford, of Keller Williams Realty, I am pleased to offer my most heartfelt recommendation.Bill agreed to be my realtor to sell some property, just dirt, no house. Not a huge money maker for him yet he made me feel like I was the most important job he had. Not only did he make me feel that way but his actions showed that my small job was important to him.Bill has many talents but one of his greatest is to actively listen. He listened to my concerns, my goals and my requirements and then asked relevant questions to be entirely sure he understood what I was telling him. He then discussed with me the pricing to ensure I wasn’t asking too much or too little for the property while providing me with comparables for property that had been sold recently in my area.Despite it being a small job, Bill didn’t just plant the For Sale sign and walk away. He was extremely active in looking for a buyer. He even canvassed the neighborhood to see if any of the locals were interested in the property. He then kept me informed of every interested party and any important information from those contacts.I had told Bill that a quick sale was not something I was demanding and that I anticipated having it on the market for 6 months or more. The property was sold in under 2 months and at the price I wanted. Bill was there every step of the way, even including the closing with the title company.The bottom line here is that you can’t go wrong with selecting William “Bill” Gifford, with Keller Williams Realty, as your realtor. I’m sure you will be as happy as I am and you can bet that I will be turning to Bill as my realtor for any future realty needs.

Depoimento: Inna went out of her way to make us feel welcome. She spent a lot of her time and effort on finding us property. We had some difficult criteria, but that didn't stop her one bit. She always responded immediately to any emails or phone messages we left her. She also often rearranged her plans to make sure we could see a house. We would without a doubt give him my full endorsement when either buying or selling a home.From the very beginning he was very hands on and we could quickly tell he had a great understanding of the local real estate market. We have teenagers so we were looking for a relatively large home that would grow with our family. We were looking for a neighborhood close to the local University which easy highway access.
