We had no issues getting in contact with her regardless of what time of the day it was, and she was also available on the weekend to work with our schedule. She was very quick to advise us of potential bad situations and was very helpful in negotiating with the seller's team. I would absolutely recommend her as she will do whatever it takes to make sure that your family not only finds the home you love, but closes on time.
