Depoimento: I would be very cautious in working with Ted Payne. I gave him a chance after he sought out my father who has dementia and in a nursing home to relist the house after I had taken it down, and tried to give me a difficult time when I explained that my father couldn't sign for that. Then I thought I would give him a chance, he may be a "go getter" but in the end I had to reduce my house greatly to get it sold. That would be fine if he didn't keep trying to get me take on more costs after I had already dropped my asking price for the bid. As an out-of-town seller he didn't take into account my restrictions, and kept trying to pressure me to do things I couldn't to only accommodate the buyer, NOT me. In the end, he didn't even have the integrity to show up to help me at closing. This is the 3rd house I had a part of selling in the last year, and this was FAR AND AWAY the WORST experience I have ever had with a realtor.

Remember, this is a Flat Fee service! In response to the negative, previous reviews, what did you expect when you pay a company a few hundred dollars to list your home? This is the whole point; list the home, not sell it! If you have NO knowledge of how the process works, you may want to educate yourself on the process before listing with this type of service. They are excellent at what they do!Clickit has saved me thousands of dollars and I am truly grateful for their service! Deb and Jeff are part of Susan's team and have always been available to answer any questions I've had along the way.I will continue to list with Click it any time I have a property to sell!
