Depoimento: We met Carol over 10 years ago when we were first trying to buy a house, but because I had suddenly lost my job we couldn't continue the house humting aND put it off for a while. Carol was very understanding and she kept in touch. She would call and we would just chat and joke around. Then a few years later we tried again to buy a home with Carol and the economy crashed, so again we had to put it off and Carol was not only understanding, but supportive and encouraging and weven kept in touch, always being our cheerleader. When the economy improved and we were ready to buy a house again, we relied on Carol and she effortlessly led us through the entire process, advising us on our options and alerting us against any pitfalls. It was the easiest home purchase experience we've ever had thanks to Carol. I guess she made it easy because of the trust we had in her and how we felt we were going through the process the a close friend who was looking out for our interests. We finally bought a home this summer and we're sad because our time with Carol was over. He never pressured me to start. When I was ready to start looking I gave him a call and he asked me what I was looking for and could afford. He was always available to answer my questions or would get back to me with a quick response. He made the whole experience enjoyable. We had doubts at times and he did not force us to make a wrong decision he explained how we should feel when we find the "one". Depoimento: I talked to Liz over the phone from Florida I had the house already listed with another realtor and was about to run out. Liz went over to the house looked at it sent me all the paper work via e mail for me to sign, the house sold in less than month after she listed it and I had it previously listed for 6 months and not even a bite. Then for closing she stayed right on top of it, it was cash deal and she stayed focused even though the attornies office got lax, she stayed on it and closing happened the day it was scheduled. It seemed to us that Patti not only made it her business to be available as our schedules permitted but was always patient, helpful and provided valuable insights into each of the MANY properties she arranged for us to see. Perhaps just as important to us was her referral to us of a super real estate agent in our home town to help us with the sale of that home.
