Depoimento: My experience with Jackie during my land purchase was nothing but great. We ran into some snags on my side of things because I was buying all the way across the country. Long story short, she was patient, professional, and guided me through the entire process as smooth as could be done. Very little work on my part, as Jackie took care of it all. I have bought multiple properties in my life, and I must say, that Mrs. Wickens was by far above and beyond any realtor I've have dealt with. I will use her again, and will recommend her to anyone else that is looks to buy in the Bozeman/Paradise Valley areas.

Depoimento: My husband and I aren't millionaires but we work hard and we are proud of what we have. We are moving from Ohio to Florida and bringing our parents with us to live out their final years. Our parents are in bad health and it means the world to us to be able to do this This is a very special time in our lives.I saw a large piece of property on the internet located in Cape Coral and I called the realtor listed for the property, Paula Levasseur of Paula's Paradise Realty Inc. In my lifetime I have purchased 5 homes, worked with several realtors and I've spoken with several different realtors in Florida thus far during my search for property. Paula Levasseur is without doubt the most unprofessional, unkind, argumentative and downright degrading realtor and person I have ever spoken with in my life. The first thing she wanted to know when I called is the dollar amount of the property, not the address. I could feel her attitude change when I told her it was only $39,000,00.. I live in Ohio, therefore I'm not too familiar with all of the areas of Florida. I told her I was thinking of having nice modular homes built. All she had to do is explain that Cape Coral has regulations against modular homes and she could not help me. She chose to belittle me and verbally abuse me and raise her voice. She asked how much money I would have to build from the sale of my house. When she found out it was only a measly $280K she chose to even further belittle me in unbelievable "making fun of me" ways and also stated I do not have enough money to do what I want anywhere in the state of Florida even though my research tells me differently. Do yourself a favor and do not call this woman for your real estate needs.

Because we are from out of state, we relied heavily on his expertise and honesty and feel that he provided the best of both.
