She was very responsive via text, email, and phone - in fact, it seemed like she never slept while we were house hunting! She did a great job selecting homes to show us that fit our tastes and requirements, and was extremely savvy when negotiating with sellers agents. As our house hunt evolved, Leah was patient with us as we changed our minds (multiple times!) about the "must-haves" for our home, and continued to help us search for the right fit. It was clear from the start that Leah was our advocate, and she was tenacious when it came to keeping our best interests in mind during the negotiation process. Leah consistently kept us informed as the escrow process progressed, and when we ran into the inevitable snags, she went out of her way to research the issues and presented us with all our options. The home we bought needed quite a bit of work before close of escrow, and Leah was amazing at getting bids organized, meeting contractors, and in all ways making the renovations as hassle-free for us as possible. In addition to being a consummate professional, Leah is also genuinely a wonderful person. She is kind and friendly, and a true joy to work with.

They weren't worried about selling my home with such a tight timeline from the banks for foreclosure. Their concern was where do I want to go after my house was sold. My house went on the market on a Friday and within 1 week and 4 days my home was sold and for a heck of a lot more than others told me I would ever get. Jeanette was a shark and really sells and speaks with confidence in what she's selling. My home was put everywhere on the internet and advertised so well Laura really out did herself. I'm still finding new sites my home was on. Happily to say that a little over a month and a half after closing my two children our two dogs and myself are happily settled in our new state and in our new home that I was able to pay cash for. Jeanette and Laura worked and communicated on a daily with my bank making sure not to allow it to foreclose. I didn't have to short sale my home and walked away feeling like I have friends and realtors for life. Depoimento: To make a long story short I was from Merrillville and moved to NJ in 1981 when I was 5. After loosing several family members in the area and the cost of living out east I decided to return "home". I was at first in contact with a agent from C21 in Valpo. This agent was interested in helping and we talked about bank homes in that general area. We talked for about a year. He seemed to be interested in helping and usually returned calls within a few days or by the end of the week. I came across a listing in Winamac which I now own today. My Grandparents once lived there which made it appealing. The C21 agent became distant and harder to reach when I asked about the listing. I wasnt asking him to drive out and do a walk through I only was seeking info on the listing. Finally after 2 weeks of I will email what I have to you I gave up. I contacted Dave from the listing and within a day we were talking about closing on the home. He did a walk through and took a few pictures while giving a overall impression of the home. I couldnt be physically there. At that time no pictures were up online. I had a good impression of Dave and his willingness to work on closing a house which was owned by a bank and listed for so little. I know agents work on commissions so closing a cheap home and a bank home usually never work however Dave was eager to do business. With some work on my end I was able to get Dave what was needed to close on time. I cant say enough good things about Dave. He helped me get back home. Dave came though where another agent wasn't willing. Shame on C21. I would recommend Dave to anyone.
