Depoimento: Larry has sold 3 homes for my wife and I as his clients. The first was the short sale of a rental income property we owned after failed attempts with several other realtors prior to Larry. Being able to put that one behind us was a tremendous relief. Because he had part in the sell and purchase of a home we enjoyed a substantial savings over the cost of having 2 different realtors. There were 3 things that stood out in my mind that make him a superlative realtor. First was the marketing; the flyers and brochures he created were wonderful! The house was shown in its absolute best light and the photos he personally shot were world class. Second, the house he found… my wife and I love. He listened to all our needs and preferences and found one that far exceeded our wildest dreams. Lastly, he guided all parties through the closing process with tremendous expertise. There were some special challenges with the sellers already relocating out of state and the process taking place in the holidays (between Thanksgiving and Christmas) that made the closing more difficult than some, but he made sure it all came together.My wife and I are very glad we choose Brian as our realtor and would highly recommend him to others.
