Depoimento: Before we even chose Bobbi to help us sell our home, she was incredibly helpful and diligent in putting together comps and an action plan. She was very knowledgeable about the area and was honest with us about the value of our home and set realistic expectations. We appreciated that she wasn't "salesy" or pushy at all and set realistic expectations for us.Bobbi went above and beyond for us and we said over and over again how her commission wasn't enough for this project! We had almost 30 showings and three open houses in three days and had five offers, all well over asking price. We ended up with a somewhat difficult buyer, but Bobbi handled them beautifully and I was so thankful to have her as the go-between myself and the buyer. She handled the requests and correspondence from the buyers agent with grace while still fighting for our best interests.Bobbi was beyond helpful throughout the whole process. She even answered text messages the day after her wedding! Even well after the closing, she has handled the questions and communication from the buyer so that I didn't have to. She was truly wonderful to work with and I will use her again in the future.
