Depoimento: Cochran and Associates were responsive to showing properties. Our search was spanned over 7-8 months and the agent never lost interest in showing us properties. The agent was usually readily available to meet on short notice, but always sent a text if he was unable to meet with us. I haven't sold my current home yet, but the agent has already shown the house, which is not even on the market yet, nor listed with Cochran yet. I am satisfied with the service that I have received.

Depoimento: Craig was great. Always made himself available to meet my schedule as I was still living in West Palm Beach and working in Melbourne. He was really diligent in identifying homes for viewing that were exactly what I was looking for. This kept our actual time viewing and inspecting homes down to a manageable level. When we were in the final stages of closing on our home is when Craig was really put to the test. The home was being purchased from a foreclosure and there were so many details that just seemed endless but Craig was always able to put us at ease and keep the process rolling. Honestly, I was using a major Bank that I had dealt with for years to finance this home and had already been pre-approved for 6 weeks, but in the very last week before our closing they declined us .... and that was with a 20% down payment. We thought it was over.Craig found us a lending company and we tried again. We closed only 1 week later than our first scheduled closing. It was only possible because of Craig. I cannot express how fortunate we were to have him as an agent.

Depoimento: Working with Kate has been an amazing experience for both myself and my wife. This is third time I have purchased a home so I have 2 prior experiences as a point of comparison. Kate's responsiveness as well as her flexibility to meet with us literally any time we wanted was far beyond anything I would have expected. Our purchase was extremely complicated as the home was in extreme disrepair and full of contents the homeowner would not remove. Kate worked hard to meet our needs and helped us to navigate our purchase to the satisfaction of both myself and the seller. I would NEVER use an agent other than Kate if I were to consider a future home purchase.
