Depoimento: My wife and I had to sell her mothers house in Quarryville, while we live in Maryland. We contacted three different agents and chose Jodi because she did not over price the house and was very easy to talk to and was willing to take on this challenge. We had some bumps along the way,[water leak]. She was able to put us in contact with a excellent contractor who handled the repairs. She went above and beyond on many occasions to help us get this house sold. Jodi worked as a sellers agent and did a fantastic job. My wife and I have no problem recommending Jodi.

Depoimento: It's impossible in a review like this to convey how extremely pleased we were with the services Reggie Grayson provided to us during our recent condo purchase. From beginning to end, Reggie is a master of the home-buying process. He did a great job of getting us into a wide variety of places (surprising considering the low inventory of the neighborhood we were looking in). He played an indispensable role in helping us come to a decision about when to make an offer; I was especially impressed by his ability to adapt to our style of decision-making, which in our case meant that he shared his point of view but also acted as a sympathetic sounding-board during some long discussions over coffee. And when it came time to make an offer and negotiate the deal, he was utterly on top of things. He thought hard about the best way to structure our offer; and when our transaction (like others) underwent some unpredictable twists and turns between the initial offer and the final contract-signing, Reggie negotiated them all perfectly—including somehow persuading the sellers not to consider a competing offer, substantially higher than our own, that the sellers received the day before we signed the contract. Finally—and perhaps best of all from our perspective—he helped us do all of this in a remarkably short amount of time: we started looking at places in the last week of March; we had an accepted offer within 10 days; and we closed on our new home, which we LOVE, at the beginning of May. The bottom line is that Reggie is a true professional and an expert at what he does. The fact that he is truly charming and fun to be around is icing on the cake. If you work with him you will not be disappointed. We look forward to working with him again ourselves.

He is knowledgeable, very responsive, and has excellent customer service. He and his team are wonderfully responsive and great at using email and text so I don’t have to pick up a phone everytime I need something. My schedule is demanding so his ability to handle things quickly and on my timeline has been a huge asset for me. I would recommend him highly to anyone.
