Depoimento: We met Ed and Ginger at an open house for one of their listings in October of 2014. Right from the get go they seemed very personable, honest, and knowledgeable, and they were very eager to help us find our new home. Due to our past financial circumstances, we wound up having to wait until March of 2015 to begin looking for a new home, and when we mentioned this to Ed and Ginger, they totally understood and said they'd keep checking in with us to let us know how the market was looking and to also understand our wants and needs for our new home. They both kept their word, checking in about once a month to answer any questions we had and to show us recent properties bought and sold so we could better understand the market as we got closer to March 2015.When March 2015 came, we let Ed and Ginger know our specifics of the house we wanted, areas/neighborhoods we desired, and they went to work. They sent us all sorts of houses that fit our criteria. The market was taking off fast in Safety Harbor/Palm Harbor/Clearwater where we were looking, so we had to act fast to get into see houses and also put offers in should we go that route. The biggest benefit that my wife and I realized was that since they're a team, we basically had 2 realtors for the price of one. If one of them couldn't show a house at a certain time, the other usually could. It was amazing. They understood the market so well and realized that things move so fast, that this was necessary to get the most for their clients. They kept working so hard for us as we narrowed down houses to see. They stuck with us the entire way. even through several offers on 3 different houses, 2 of which fell through due to issues with the listing agents or sellers. They encouraged us when we felt so defeated, and at the same time they were not pushy as if they were just trying to make a commission. They treated us like friends and family. Two weeks later we found our dream home in Palm Harbor, and it wasn't officially listed in MLS yet, so we told Ginger to watch it... a couple days later it went live in MLS. She immediatey called us and got us a showing that same day. Because of their dedication we were the first to see it the day it went live, and had an offer in within 2 hours of seeing it. Third time is the charm! We got our dream home in a great neighborhood for a great price!I cannot say enough good things about Ed and Ginger, they were amazing through the entire process. They even hooked us up with a fantastic mortgage broker who was as amazing as they were (Bryan Marx of NFM Lending) and then they had a transition team that handled everything from inspections to closing. We never would have expected the level of service we got from them and their team, including all the additional resources they provided through the process of buying our dream home.We would not hesitate for a second to refer them to anyone and everyone, and to use them again for our future realty needs.
