I interview Cindy on 5/2 and signed all the paperwork the same day The following weekend, 5/9 she presented two offer after hosting an open house. She negotiated a great price and we were on our way. Contracts were signed 6/1. She has been with me every step of the way. She responses immediately to any phone calls and texts. She is very organized and a joy to work with. Knows her market area very well. This entire transaction has been bittersweet for me, and she made it very easy. We have a closing date of 8/24 and I thank her very much for her hard work and follow up during this period.
