Depoimento: I was near retirement and looking to relocate to Birmingham from Washington, D.C. Dawn patiently worked with me for a couple of years in finding the right home for my family.She set me up to received email listings in my preferred neighborhoods and price range. I would review the listings every day with lots of pictures and videos, I would call her when I found one that I liked, she provided details on the ones she was familiar with and researched the ones she did not know about. Every time I visited Birmingham Dawn would take me to see several homes in various neighborhoods. All I can say is a picture is worth a thousand words but the knowledge of a good agent saves you thousands of dollars. When the time was right and I found what I wanted she provided a list of Mortgage Lenders, appraisers and others professionals needed to finalize the purchase. Thanks to Dawn I found a home that is perfect for my family and now I can look forward to spending retirement in my Home Sweet Home in Birmingham, Alabama.

Depoimento: Kris was a fantastic realtor - she knew the technical ins/outs of the buying process (e.g., what was fair price in the area) and the local knowledge of homes that fit our family (e.g., good schools, traffic concerns, proximity to resources for a young family etc). The negotiation process was also smooth - she handled it and we were able to come to terms on a deal that worked for both sides. Her responsiveness as a resource has extended past the home purchase itself -- she has helped us engage interior designers, cleaners, handymen, landscapers, etc. I very highly recommend her and will use her when i sell my current home.

Chris was truly concerned with finding the right home and location for my family. He was great to work with and professional at all times. Chris went out of his way and showed us homes on weekends and evenings or any time that fit with my family's schedule. It was actually a fun experience working with Chris. He made house hunting enjoyable and less stressful. My family ended up purchasing a home that was for sale by owner, but Chris did not hold that against is. We both SOLD a single family home and BOUGHT a larger home in Chelmsford in late 2015 using Ellen as our Seller and Buyer's Realtor respectively, so we experienced working with her in both roles. She stuck with us through several disappointments and times we changed our mind. She was respectful of a period of time during which we needed a break from the looking process to deal with extended family matters. She both recommended homes that were suitable and was happy to help us pursue homes we had found. Every single time we reached out, she was quickly responsive, and always found availability to help us. We never felt pressured by Ellen, and she let our opinions lead her negotiations, but would offer honest responses. We almost always felt on the same page about what was fair and reasonable. When we did find the right, affordable expansion house for our family, she managed to help us sell very quickly (2 months start to finish!) in a slowing market. She was also a great support when there were complications that happened with the new property after we agreed to purchase. We would recommend her without reservation, and absolutely choose her again for help with Buying or Selling.
