Depoimento: Danielle was my agent when I sold my condo on Lake Shore Drive. She really went out of her way to get comps in the area to keep my selling price higher. The condo was in a secure 24 hour security building and she was able to handle open houses and showings very professionally and without any complications from the Board of Directors. The pictures she had made were wonderful and truly represented the beauty of the unit, the building and the community. She is very knowledgeable about the real estate community in general and does a lot of research to make herself very informed about the building and community. Closing went very smoothly. I would highly recommend her if you need a good agent.
