Without an aggregate and proper foundation their driveways are often filled with cracks and breaks in less than a year. Capital Homes will not honor any portion of the unsightly cosmetic damages to any exterior concrete with their 1 year warranty. Not only did she support what my wife and I decided, but she was very patient. There were many choices which required a lot of viewings and traveling around to various cities and towns. She also helped recommend a mortgage banker and title company that made the closing process easy, which it was.
