He was always easily available and on time (early) to each appointment. He was able to answer many of the questions we had and was straightforward and honest with us. He helped us get all of the concessions we asked for from the builder and we are very pleased with our experience.

Depoimento: We wanted to be part of the "hot" real estate market in Nashville. At first we really knew nothing about Nashville because we live out of town and David steered us in the right direction with great recommendations. We purchased two investment homes in nine months and both properties have increased in value due to the location and type of construction. Since Nashville is such a good investment, realtors are all very busy and some of the realtors that came highly recommended to us were too busy to work with our schedule. We required nights, weekends, holidays and odd hours. Even though David has become busy, to work with him you'd never know it. It seemed like we were the only ones that he was working with. He devoted his complete attention to us and even remembered to follow up on details that we forgot about. He's a very nice guy, very smart and I would put his work ethic up against any realtor in Nashville. We had a wonderful experience all around with David Hines!!
