Depoimento: I am writing in response to my experiences working with Agent Chris Balboni of Keller Williams Real Estate. From the beginning of the process, Chris was spot on regarding his analysis of the property. He diligently researched area comparative sales and explained the differences between those homes and our sale in regards to market value. Chris displayed tact and great skill in getting three siblings on the same page in regards to a listing price and expectations. His initial market value quote for the property was exactly the price point it sold at. During the process of listing, Chris gave me constant updates. When perspective buyers expressed concerns regarding the property, he discussed those concerns with me and also worked with me towards resolution. Chris has an enormous amount of experience. As such, his connections with dependable and certified laborers from painters to asbestos removers; he literally saved me thousands of dollars. Throughout the process I felt as though I had a personal broker and that I was his only client. Chris limited any stress related to the sale and often times made it an enjoyable experience. It's not often that a client can claim that his or her experiences with a real estate broker has given cause for a friendship, but I now consider Chris Balboni to be the BEST of real estate brokers, as well as a new friend.P.S. Since the close of my house last year, I have talked with Chris numerous times. He is always available and has offered some great free advice as my wife and I are looking for a vacation property out of state. Sherry would take the time to drive up to meet a potential buyer if that buyer wasn't being represented by another agent or if the buyer's agent could not show the home for some reason. She returned feedback on showings promptly. All in all, Sherry was wonderful.

Depoimento: Nony helped our growing family purchase our home 2 years ago. She is a close family friend and has helped other family/friends find a home or start the process. She is timily, responsive and makes sure you get the best deals. When we were in the market I had another friend looking and we compared our agents. Hers didn't respond very quickly and would show houses that where out of their price range or not what they were looking for. This is not the case with Nony, she has your best interest. We will have Nony help us with our next selling/buying in the future and highly recommend her. Bounes she is great with kids my 3 year old at the time, now 5 loves her and is always excited to see her.

Depoimento: We thought buying a house would be so stressful but working with Adam Wert made everything easier. We were buying a house in the PA area while we were still living in VA. He also had to deal with us using a VA loan. Adam Wert was very patient with our current situation. Any questions we had he answered in a timely manner. We dealt with a realtor before him who was unprofessional and had no information on the houses she was showing us. Working with Adam Wert was a breath of fresh air. He completely broke the stigma of dealing with an over bearing realtor. This was our first time buying a home and we are very glad we had him to help us through our first purchase.
