Depoimento: Jerry is an incredible agent! I was looking into purchasing my first home, and had no idea where to begin. Jerry was patient, calm, and explained everything clearly and simply. He has a broad knowledge of the properties available in and around Los Angeles, and because of this, he does a great job catering to his clients' specific needs.I threw him for a loop when we found the perfect condo - a short sale. As soon as I saw the property and treelined neighborhood, I knew I wanted it. And Jerry knew that if we could make it happen, it'd be well worth the effort. We put in an offer, and within a week or so we were in contract! But dealing with banks is ugly... there is only so much control you have over the situation. Jerry was dedicated and determined to make sure the sale closed, even though it took 6 months (again, short sales are somewhat nightmarish). The day of closing, he spent the entire day with me at the registrar's office (special recording) to personally ensure that every last bit of paperwork was resolved.One thing I really appreciated about his work ethic is that he's fast, and does everything under radar. Before I could even ask the status of inspections/retrofitting/etc., he was already texting me to let me know that everything was taken care of! And with the professional, experienced resources he has available to him at Berkshire Hathaway, I couldn't have asked for a better agent and team.
