Depoimento: Jack is not only a very sharp and intelligent realtor who understands the fluctuations of the housing market in Naperville and neighboring cities, but he also goes WAY above and beyond to help with ANYTHING that needs to be done. Jack helped us buy our home at 1507 Gardenside Court in Naperville over 7 years ago, and also helped us sell this home this week. It is truly not everyday that I have seen a real estate professional roll up his sleeves no matter what needs to be done, and assist our family in several urgent situations. Our movers turned out to be the main characters of a horror story, and they failed to finish the pack and store job on our 3400 square foot house. Jack and his son immediately came over to move the remainder 1.5 garage lengths worth of heavy furniture and miscellaneous things. Jack is responsible for a very smooth closing on the Naperville property while we were already moved to California. His character is unprecedented, and he is truly a good, honest person in addition to being a talented realtor which makes for a smooth process of buying or selling a home possible. We have purchased and sold several homes through the years, and this particular transaction had a lot of rough issues that Jack made non-issues. I can't imagine anyone else going to the efforts Jack made for us and we are so thankful that he is our realtor and friend. It is tough to find a real estate agent not only with knowledge, but the desire to want to help people and not just market themselves when they represent you for buying or selling. When things go wrong and potential horrible things can happen you need someone like Jack on your side to do everything possible to help.

The photos were accurate and helped tremendously in gaining an understanding of the layout/quality of the home and the community. Kevin was extremely professional and honest in helping us buy our first home in Florida. He readily answered all of our inquiries honestly. We know Kevin was also honest with the seller. Kevin worked to help us in a traditionally stressful process but was also respectful to the seller. Depoimento: Linda came into our home before it went up on the market and gave us wonderful suggestions as to how to make it "buyer friendly". We then painted, put clutter away, fixed certain things and that helped sell our house quickly. She had the photographer come promptly and hosted a successful open house. She guided us with negotiations and listened to our concerns. We would use her again, and did so when we bought our new house!

Depoimento: Matthew is awesome!! He helped me sell the house I had and buy the house I am in now! I was impressed with how organized he is, and upon our first meeting, he had a folder made with all the steps and possible scenarios for selling and buying. He had a clause put into my contract on the sale that I could have a rent back for 60 days, so I was able to move right into the new house without having to use a storage unit, stay with a friend, etc. Also on the listing, the request for anyone wanting a showing, were to take their shoes off upon entering, which with my OCD-ness, I greatly appreciated. In the market, the house sold quickly, and I was able to make bank to put a nice down payment on my new house and make some improvements before moving in. Thank you so much Matthew!!!
