Ginny is extremely knowledgeable about the area and pointed us in the direction of a community that was a perfect fit for our growing family. She honed in on our preferences so well, and did some extra investigating to help us find a home that was off-market, but about to be put back on the market. We were able to negotiate a fair price and had a smooth transaction. We were so happy in that neighborhood and home for many years. In 2022, it came time for us to sell our home and Team McGill helped us again on the selling side. They guided us through the process and helped us stage our home using what we had and also home decor that they had which was quite extensive. The market took a turn and interest rates were soaring, so it was a challenging time to sell, but Ginny and Dean persevered in marketing our home until we found the right buyer, and also navigated all of the intricacies of a corporation relocation with us. Ginny was my primary contact and she has the experience, perspective and savvy to get the job done and she always gave me confidence that things would work out. She also has a lot of connections to professionals in the area and those connections and relevant knowledge are very valuable. Ginny even gave me advice on the home purchase for our out-of-state home and offered emotional support and guidance during a stressful time. Her advice was spot on, and even times when I chose a different direction, I wish I would have listened to her! We are very grateful to have had Team McGill on our side as both a buyer and a seller.

Depoimento: I would recommend Margaret to anyone. The first time I met her, she immediately made me feel as though I was in good hands and she was such a sweet pleasure. She listened to what my husband and I wanted, and dealt with us wanting to see 20 houses. Very patient! She knows Charlottesville and the surrounding areas very extensively. Although she had not been in the Lake Monticello very recently or often at the time of our purchase, (which is where we were looking), she talked to everyone she knew, and did her research on the area- letting me know the good and the bad of the area. She treated my husband and I as though we were family, making sure we were taken care of. Thank you Margaret!!

Depoimento: When you enter any endeavour with a professional in their said field you can only hope that all your expectations would be met, that rarely holds true unfortunately. I personally have the delight to say that Adam Huss came through for us in every way imaginable EXCEEDING our expectations. He is prompt, professional, intelligent and most importantly a nice human being. This was our first time selling a property and dare I say he held my hand through the whole process.
