Depoimento: After owning a starter condo in San Diego, we were ready to move up and saw a listing from Citi Consulting we liked. We called and were told the property was sold, but Jorge offered to show us other buildings in town. We checked out their website and were impressed with the comparison of condominium properties. After showing us other buildings, we were still set on the building of his original listing. It turns out the original sale fell through and we were able to purchase the property we were interested in. The group was excellent at guiding us through closing. To make it all even better, we then needed to rented our other unit. Citi Consulting found us a tenant that has turned out to be super.

He knows the DC market really well, has the connections and relationships, and understands what is needed to succeed in this very competitive market. The team at DC Home Buzz are so supportive and bring moments of fun to what can be a scary and stressful process. More than anything, Des wanted me to find a place in which I was comfortable. He spent time to understand what it was that I responded to when looking at a condo and to learn what were my real deal breakers. Des isn't focused on selling you something, he is focused on helping you find a home. He is low key and at no point did I ever feel any pressure. However, don't let this lead you to think he isn't ready to be aggressive when it comes time to negotiate. Des won't leave any money on the table. This was the perfect combination for me. As I have moved in, he has provided me with ongoing advice and guidance. He is absolutely wonderful to work with- I highly recommend him!
