Depoimento: I called 2 other realtors and he was the only one who answered the phone instead of my call going to voice mail. I was on a real estate web site and I saw a house I really wanted to view. I spoke with Kevin and we viewed the house that afternoon. It turned out to be the house for us and we made an offer and eventually closed on. During the process, Kevin returned our calls/texts/emails promptly. And most importantly, he was available at a moment's notice and arrived at our meetings ahead of us so we never had to wait.

Depoimento: Jay has been managing my property for several years now. He follows up with issues in the home in a timely manner. What I like about his service is that he is fair not just to me the landlord but also to the tenant. He believes both should have a good experience with the home. Jay is however decisive in taking action if a client is unresponsive or abusive to the property.I would definitely recommend his services for any property management opportunities that anyone has.

Depoimento: She helped me buy a coop which I am living in now. She responded very quickly and kindly from the first contact. She's kind of person who enjoys her job and takes it seriously at the same time. Since she was the dual agent on both seller and buyer sides, she responded very quickly to help better communication between seller and buyer. She also knows a lot about the community/town and the co-op complex, therefore gave realistic advice to seal the deal. Agent like her, who knows the area and the house well, and who is good at communicating, experienced, empathetic, would definitely be anyone's favorite agent both on seller and buyer's side.
